sauteed bok choy
ingredients:
bok choy
1T vegetable oil
garlic
1T soy sauce
1T water
salt
1/2T sesame oil
trim bok choy and cut up
heat up veg oil in pan
sautée garlic for 30sec
add bok choy & stir to coat with oil
add water and soy sauce and put lid on pan
allow to steam for about 1.5 minutes
take off lid and stir
turn off heat and add sesame oil
