1 1/4 T Olive oil

1 1/4 T Chili powder

1 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

1 1/4 tsp onion powder

1 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1 1/4 tsp ground cumin

1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef

7 1/2 C romaine lettuce (Chopped)

1 cup little tomatoes

2/3 small red onion (chopped)

2/3 C canned corn
-
2/3 C black beans
-
2 1/2 avocado (sliced)

1 1/4 T fresh cilantro (chopped)

Directions
- add the oil, ground beef, and spices to a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown.
- while the beef is cooking, prep other salad ingredients.
- Add the salad ingredients to a large bowl. once the beef is done, let it cool for a few minutes, add the beef last. Toss with salsa, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
